Every time we have to bring something in, they take care of us quick and get our trucks purring again.
If you enjoy making money do not buy an international, I owned a Volvo for 3 years brand new til I sold it and started driving cattle for a family in North Dakota. That Volvo ran weekly over and across Colorado and only went in the shop once. I've had to sit so much in Nelson's break room I know the lunch schedule of every person working here. We have had nothing but expensive fix after expensive fix. These trucks are trash, they go in multiple times a year for the same problem. I'm now sitting here for the third time in 3 months for a fan clutch issue. Last time their installed it wrong and I had to come back. If you wish to make money, buy a Volvo or frieghtliner, they're not pretty to most but are the work horses of the industry for a reason.
Worst service ever. They took my truck to do a tune up and oil change. They replace the fuel filter and somehow managed to damage the fuel filter housing. Then they made me pay for this. In discovering the fuel filter was leaking they spilled fuel all over my engine. And now my engine smells like fuel that I picked it up and is coming into the cab of my truck. Obviously they did not re clean my engine even though they charged me for steam cleaning my engine. Horrible customer service and obviously they are not honorable enough to take claim to their mistakes.
