I hit a pheasant with my car driving back home. Called my insurance company (Progressive) and they told me to get my car into Duane's. They handled pretty much everything. I dropped my car off at Duane's Monday morning and they repaired all the damage in 2 days. I would go back again if needed. Great staff and fast service. A++

Had a fender bender in the rear quarter panel, they bid the job lower then what they should have. When I got it back, from across the road I could see the quarter was not right, upon closer inspection I could still see dye grinder marks in the paint along with streaks. Was a overspray on the rear window seal and my drivers window switch wasn't working correctly. I told them about it, they took it back. Fixed the window switch, got most the overspray off, got the dye grinder marks out, no streaks. Quarter panel still not right(obvious cress) Was sick of messing around, didn't go back and won't again. Abra did a car for me a few years back, front bumper. Fantastic work.
