I called Auto Air and Cruise in Bismark to have a cruise control installed in my GMC Sierra after a different company told me that it was impossible to do, due to the lack of part availbiltiy. I called and asked if he could get parts, he had no doubt that he could get parts he needed for the installation and said he would notify me when my parts came in. After a couple weeks of waiting it has crossed my mind that maybe I should give them a call to see if my parts had made it in. The next day he called me first and told me parts are in, and asked for the next best time for the installation. I mentioned the next possible date that worked for me, he wrote me down and then I waited. Once the day of installation came upon us, he had the shop open and ready by 8:00 am as I pulled up. He knew what wasw being done to the truck and how long it should take. I left with a buddy to help with his lawn mowing buisness, after about 2.5 hours I wondered if I should call again to see if my installation was done. I decieded to wait and about 15 minutes later he called with the news that my cruise control was done and ready to be payed for. The only complaint I have is when I went in to pay there was no one in the office, but it wasn't long before someone showed up to help with that as well. A very job well done, and I would definetly recommend that a friend use them for any installation.
Travelling across the US in a heat wave and our AC failed. Took it to local Chrysler only to find it was a challenging repair...and they could not help. 2500 miles homes was looking bleak. Called around and everyone pointed to Myron at Auto Air. He saved the day and came thru in a professional and timely manner. The best.
