The system is alright enough when one needs this sort of transport. However, I find the drivers to be of minimal help and often rude. Even in Grand forks the bus service is friendlier than here. Too bad, as Bis deserves better.
Well i never had a problem with the bus,the taxi service of taxi 9000 is the worst i ever seen!! Refusing a cash paying customer who jus happend to be kids on their way home from school!! Worst taxi cab "company" ever!
As a citizen, I expect friendlier service. Seems to have no issues with having attitudes. And this is a veteran speaking
