Alexia gave me a facial. It was the "Pampering Facial" from their website. Facial, scalp, shoulder, and hand massage were included. I did the Chocolate Mask which smelled great. I rated them 4 stars because i was a bit cold in the room and it would have been nice to have another blanket or heater in the room. Then I could have totally relaxed. This was my first facial ever so I was pleased.
