Still waiting for that notice of intent for DAPL EIS. Then there is the matter of filing a cease and desist against the pipeline company and requesting that they remove all of their equipment. Pretty unresponsive agency it seems to me but then again both the dems and repubs have been privatising functions in that Corps of Engineers for years. Those that are left are probably also being tapped for visiting our illegal war zones. What staff they do have left probably has just enough time to monitor existing mandatory work. Sad about that.

Update. 5 2017. Met with former Environmental Specialists from USACE. Specialists in Impact Statements. Their take? Bismark USACE did worst work ever regarding the pipeline for DAPL.
Disrespectful cowards for destroying what doesnt belong to them. Shame on the US Army Corps of Engineers.
