We are still waiting to receive our sons last Christmas gift that we ordered December 12. We paid for two day shipping and were told it was out for delivery the 15th. Received nothing for two days and we finally called to ask if we could just come pick the package up. They told us we could come get it today, but we called first to make sure. When we called they told us they hadn't even had time to look for it and had no idea where it is. Amazon has refunded the entire purchase to us because of this mess (over 100$) and told us we can keep the package if it ever gets to us. I get that it's the holiday season but UPS really needs to get their crap together.

The incompetence of this location is astounding. My pregnant fiancee was supposed to receive a pet as a gift for Christmas, and these idiots are knowingly going to allow it to freeze to death in sub zero temperatures overnight. They know they're killing an animal, and won't do anything about it. Now I have a crying, heartbroken fiancee, and I get to receive a dead animal in the mail tomorrow because they refuse to unload one package off of a trailer. It's absolutely sickening. They can't even use weather as an excuse, as it hasn't snowed in over a week. Just a pitiful excuse for a business, and a disgrace to the UPS brand. Hopefully corporate can see this and bring in someone who isn't ok with laziness, negligence, and animal cruelty.

bunch of bumbling idiots who not only have trouble getting packages on time such as items showing up 2 weeks after the date it was suppose arrive or they just completely loose your package have no idea what to do about it and than have the audacity turn around and blame you for their own incompetence! wish i could leave lower than 1 star

They are claiming to be 8 days behind because of 2 days of snow. Figure that one out! I called and they said they held our package for pickup. We went there.....twice......no package! It was still on a truck that they would not unload. They are rude, and have no clue what's going on. Meanwhile all our fedex packages have been arriving ON TIME, no delays. What happened to this location? It's a joke!

Packages in bismark early Friday am.....suoosed to be delivered by 8pm to my residence 10 miles from UPS location.. on friday...i paid for Friday delivery...Saturday still no package...it still shows it's in Bismarck!!
