Appt took a little longer then normal but it was a busy day. Staff explained things politely and apologized profusely. Dog looked great. She was waiting in a nice comfy kennel while another dog lounged on the floor outside. A relaxed atmosphere (barking dogs kept in other room) with good service. Thanks again!
