All I can say is that I will never bring our dogs there again or ever recommend them to anyone.

I've brought my dog here twice now. She does well playing with the other dogs. She is a pitbull and it is difficult to find boarders in our area that take pitbulls. I have no hesitations on bringing her back.
Gertie, our drahthaar, spent a week here, and came home none the worse for wear. She was bathed, nails trimmed and bedding washed when she was picked up, which was greatly appreciated! My only beef was that the outside connecting kennels were not free of snow (in their defense, we'd had a ton of snow this winter, but still). Outside is where Gertie likes to "do her business". Would definitely use them again.
I have been bringing my dog here for a couple years now and I love it! All the employees are awesome and take really good care of my lab. We will never go to a different dog kennel! Thank you club Fido for taking good care of my dog!
Terrible staff and guest services. We recently took our dogs to Club Fido, and when they were dropped off, they were completely healthy. We picked them up a couple days later and they now have severe kennel cough. I called and asked if they had a manager or some type of supervisor and the receptionist instantly started to get defensive and had an attitude. I asked how they cleaned their kennels and she gave me two different answers. I then asked if they were willing to help with any vet bills and she said that it wasn't their fault that our dogs needed medication.
