Futhermore, parking is a complete cluster. There are probably 30 additional spots aside from the garages, and most of the college students refuse to park in their garages, so if you have more cars than garage stalls, good luck. This causes tenants to desperately start parking in random places that end up blocking other cars in. Lucky for them, there are no consequences. The walls are decent thickness, however, the floors are paper-thin. I can nearly make out words from the apartment above us, not to mention hear every single footstep, and every time my dog runs over to greet me as I get home from work/call his name/etc, the tenants below us bang on the ceiling as if we are dropping weights every 10 seconds. For reference- my dog is 30 pounds.

I have had a very bad experience in these apartments. They told me I was allowed to have a cat in my apartment and then after I got the cat and bought everything that goes along with it($100+), they emailed me and told me that they had made a mistake and that I wasn't allowed to have a cat even though my doctor signed their required sheet. The people seem nice but all they care about is getting as much money as possible, they will not negotiate anything to keep their residents happy.

Alas, maybe all of this is completely normal and I'm just a loser. If that is the case though and all apartments ARE like this, I strongly advice checking out another area just based on the cost of rent here.

Very disappointing. These apartments are appealing on the outside. Pool, workout area, secure building, pet friendly. What's not to like? Unfortunately, after living here and many friends sharing similar experiences as me, I can conclude that these features are incredibly deceiving. The pool is under maintenance for a good portion of the summer (broken parts, maintenance crew "not doing their job" [so the staff says] etc) . The 4 pieces of workout equipment are typically busy considering the complex has 60+ rooms. Tenants always prop the doors open so the building is no longer secure. The cameras obviously are not real, otherwise those tenants just mentioned would be punished. And there is literally nothing pet friendly about the place aside from them allowing pets if you pay a huge down payment and add to your already outrageous rent. I was promised that a fenced-in dog area was in the works, but after 10 months nothing has changed. I was scolded about my dog not being in the correct "dog designated area". In the winter time, on the very rare and late occasions that the association plows the parking lot, they plow it directly into the "dog designated area". I was blamed for accidents that my dog did not do. My grievances about the pet "friendly" advertisement go on and on. Dog owners stay away from this place!

Hate to move, but I have to for a job. I would stay here as long as possible.

O where to begin . This place is a trap to live in . The amenities seem nice, the work out room , pool , and srcured entry at first but once you visit these areas it fades fast . The work out roon equipment is usualy broken or nasty nearly every time you go and same with the pool . People always prop the doors open to the apartment and the apliences in the apartment are shaddy and cheap beyond all beleif . The walls are paper thin and the carpet is cheep . Had a 2 in hole in one corner from moving out and they took 800 dollars of the deposit to fix it . You can redo a whole floor for less . Its extreamly expensive for what is offered and its kinda out of the way of anything . DONT GET A LEASE HERE. There are better nicer places to stay .

This place is absolutely the best in town for the price. Most places have higher rent and are not updated like this. They have new construction, completely updated, and all the amenities (including a pool area and a very nice common room). The apartments are beautiful. I love that it is right on the edge of town, so you are in a quiet area. If you are lucky, you get a beautiful prairie view (which I did). But you are sitting right on Washington, so it takes two seconds to get anywhere you need. I've had nothing but positive experiences with the staff. They work with your schedule and even scheduled maintenance for times that would work for me. The only maintenance issue I had they resolved right away.

I am seriously sad to leave because I know where I am going is not going to be as great as this!

I have been living here for 2 years. And finally getting a place of my own and these apartments look nice at first but the appliances are CHEAP and when I mean cheap I mean cheap. Plus you can hear literally everything. I can hear the people above me going to the bathroom. Like really?
