I would highly recommend these guys! They were at my house within a couple of hours to relight the pilot light on my hot water heater. They are very kind and knowledgeable!

Had a small shower problem where we had no hot water. Todd and his guys came out promptly and fixed the issue quickly and explained the issue to me. They were professional and friendly throughout the entire process. Ive used them in the past and will continue to in the future and recommend them to people I know.
Our sprinkler system supply plumbing had leaks and I called this company to fix the leak. Two guys show up, state that they don't normally work plumbing and only replaced one part. As soon as I got home and opened the valve, it was still leaking! They did try to make it right, but I'm giving them two stars because it was a simple fix and they didn't get it right the first time... with four eyes on the issue. I had to repair it myself in the end...
On August 15, 2017 two individuals from Timber Ridge showed up at my house to replace some sink fixtures which were defective. I was extremely pleased with their service. We had recently built our home and after they were finished installing the defective sink parts, I asked them if they would show me how to clean some of our sink and shower pieces as I was having a hard time figuring out how to dismantle them to clean them. They were very patient with me and showed me exactly what to do. They even tightened some of my towel bars which had come loose. AND...they didn't even charge me for this! It's so nice to experience good old fashioned customer service again! Thank you, Timber Ridge. We will use you for all our future plumbing services/needs. Brandon and Ellen Holt
