I was very pleased with the actual employees who did the work at my mother's condo, they were very professional. However, the actual bill came to over 3X the estimate that was given for the job. It seems to me that the owner of this business should be able to estimate closer to what the actual bill will be. To go from an estimate of $1,400- $1,700, to an actual bill of $6,000!! This looks a little like a bait and switch way of doing business. $6K to texture a condo seems outrageous. If there were so many changes in the agreed to job, one would think this Dan Klym would have a conversation with the homeowner about the changes. Nope, he stopped buy with the bill and expected payment. This was not such amazing texture to merit 6K in cash. One living room, One bedroom, 2 small bathrooms. One ceiling. Really?
