Worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life.. the manager Kyle is so unuseful and refused to help his customers while he stood there laughing.. he should not have a job in customer service and obviously his own employees follow his lead bc out of 5 employees only one of them was willing to help.. its sad that we're paying uhaul a good amount of money and a manager refuses to give us the help we deserve while driving across county.. very sad!
Service was prompt and they were flexible with my changing schedule. Employees were helpful and explained everything well. My move was far easier having one less thing to worry about.
Professional and on time. Have rented enclosed trailer three times. Quick service. One time got a smaller trailer due to an accident with the one I reserved.
The storage has been wonderful over the years but one of the last times I was there, one of the workers was very rude to me about leaving stuff in the donation area.
