Great selection of movies, prices are better than streaming, more reliable than streaming, and they've got new releases before they're at Redbox. Glad places like this still exist.
I have been going here for 15 years now and have always enjoyed it. They have so many movies, even ones that I forgot about that brought back good memories. Service has always been great and is helpful. I am so glad they still have places like this!
Cute store but the customer service is the WORST, Angry old man that is running the business into the ground! They should hire someone who would love to be in in such wonderful environment.
The last video store in Bismarck and I tell you what he's got a huge selection so it's for his going to keep them open because he always has the new movies and he does a heck of a job to make sure that his people are happy
When I was shocked at how rude the front counter guy was I had to look it up. Not surprisingly someone else had posted what I thought. The rudest person I have ever encountered in customer service. I even felt like my safety was threatened; like I should call the cops simply for asking if they had a movie
