Wonderful customer service. Not over the top yet nice and considerate. Excellent variety of selection for engagement rings. The quality of gems seemed to be better than other stores. I especially like that they have there own goldsmith where they can create new designs for your personal liking and lifetime warrenties come free with all new pieces purchased. My first visit to this store and may never go anywhere else again.

Jeff, did an amazing job listening to us. He helped us design the exact ring we were looking for. He gave us suggestions on what he felt would work best for our environmental conditions.
