Actually zero stars-having to deal with the "Debbies" here has always been a nightmare. Their tone and lack of professionalism they use on the phone is reason enough to give your business to ANY other agent in town. I then relayed my concerns to the "Debbies" boss Lynn Frey in the Minot office and he was even worse-didn't care and simply asked if it felt good to get it off my chest-completely unprofessional!
