They wrecked my buddies Suburban and now just give him the run around. Their own insurance company says they can't do anything about it until they can get in touch with the ownership because they won't answer their calls or return them. Pretty sorry way of doing business. It catches up to you in the end.

I never had a problem and always have my vehicles washed there!! Yesterday, however, dude broke my right, rear passenger door handle!! I was upset and didn't leave the $20 tip I had intended to, but they paid for my handle!! It was fixed right away yesterday. Same day it happened. Other then that: EXCELLENT service!! Definitely recommend this place! It's well worth the $29.99 price tag!!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I took a rental car here recently, and it wasn't until I got to the front of the line that I realized this was not a traditional automatic car wash. They wanted me and all passengers out of the vehicle so they could drive it through, which meant disturbing my young child. I wanted to back out and find a different car wash, to which they REFUSED. They told me that they had already sprayed the front of the vehicle with bug spray (which was true), and if I drove it out into the sun it could ruin the paint. Reluctantly, I agreed to get out of the vehicle and selected the mid-level wash (conveniently they did not inform me that there was an extra charge for SUV vehicles). They assured me that they would assume all liability for anything that happened to the vehicle. When they vehicle came out the other side, I immediately noticed that the front license plate was bent. Approximately the left quarter of it was bent out almost at a 90 degree angle. I pointed this out to the attendant, and he said that it happened quite often (which he retracted just moments later). I requested to speak to a manager, and a moment later another young gentleman came out claiming to be a manager. After explaining the situation, he told me that they were not going to do anything about it or assume any liability for the situation. His initial reaction was that license-plate bending happens all the time, and he also retracted this moments later. I explained to him that we had not even wanted to go through the wash, but that we had been forced to do so and that they had assured us that they would assume full liability for anything that happened. I requested compensation for the damage, and he refused. At the start, he told me that he had not way of compensating for this and that it wasn't real damage. As I persisted, somehow his story changed to say that while yes, they do have ways of compensating customers for damage, he would not be issuing any compensation to me for the damage or for the horrible customer service we had received up to that point. It was only with further persistence that he agreed to give us $10 out of the $15 that we had paid. I agreed to this and we left.

Yes, the license plate was able to be bent back to a reasonable standard. But the fact that this is a known issue that they have and that it was confirmed independently by two of their employees who then lied about it, plus the fact that they were not willing to take responsibility for this or own up to anything, created one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had. I usually try to be very polite to people working in customer service, because I myself have done it and know how hard it is, but these people, and especially the cocky "manager" that I spoke to made it incredibly difficult to do so. This manager even told me that the attendants at the beginning could have sprayed off our vehicle and let us go, and even after admitting that the employees made such a huge mistake, he was not willing to offer any compensation. Perhaps it would not have been such a big deal had it been my own personal vehicle, but I always take extra precautions when driving a rental.

Great great place. They staff is great and knows how to take care of a car. Customer service is best I've been to.

This is a side note, but this car wash is very unusual. When I think of an "automatic" car wash, I imagine pulling up to a car wash tunnel, paying either through a machine or an attendant, and then driving the vehicle through while a machine washes my car. Having lived in multiple states and having been to multiple car washes, this is the usual standard. In this case, there is no option except to hand your vehicle over to an attendant and wait on the other side. I would never recommend this car wash to anyone, and I hope this review plus all of the other poor reviews listed online (check multiple sources such as Google, Facebook, Yelp) will serve as a warning to anyone who wishes to visit this car wash.
