My experience was very good. Got to the airport, headed to Enterprise, the rep was super friendly. The only thing I noticed was he didn't offer the gas deal but all in all I had a good experience. The care was super clean and ready to go.
This location does a great job, which leads to their one drawback--they always have more customers waiting than the other counters, but it's worth it. The staff is friendly and helpful. They try to get you in the best car possible. The rentals are clean, well maintained and pristine. I wouldn't use anybody else in Bismarck.

Manager Adam Schwichtenberg and his team always do an outstanding job. Their customer service is top notch, vehicles are always clean and in excellent running order. I would never consider renting from anyone other than Enterprise. Thanks guys for doing such an outstanding job every time!
Rented at the Bismarck, ND airport. The staff was friendly and helpful and gave me some upgrade options. The car I got was clean and worked well. Overall a good experience!
The employees were great! They didn't have a compact car for me, which was my preference, but gave me a different vehicle. They also told me they would email me the receipt but did not. Other than those things, it was great!
