I went in to this Bank to get a notary on a travel letter for my nine-year-old son who is in Ukraine and cannot board the plane with his grandparents because they're missing a travel letter. Because I do not have an account there they would not notarize my travel letter even in an emergency situation such as this. Not for $100 and not for $1,000! Very rude woman who emphatically communicated to me that it was not her problem! Its too bad that "it" this time just happened to be a 9 year old boy!
