Stayed in a suite, the room was clean, however the faucets were loose and the electrical outlets were worn out... [they would not hold my charger plugs in place there was extreamly loud music coming from the ballroom from a wedding until 11:30 pm... after the wedding ended was very peaceful. The comfortable beds were nice.
I had to get up at 6 am so it was nice I finally fell asleep at 2am because of her.
Dont know where to begin. The entire hotel smells. Check-in was delayed due to slow system (not the poor employee's fault). My room smelled and was dirty. The "bar/casino" in the basement next to the hotel's water park entrance seems like a tragedy waiting to happen . My first night here was a sleepless one due a drunk female patron who wandered into the pool/water park area a male companion and began talking loudly and indicated she wanted to jump in the pool.
Called the front desk only to have the noise continue and subsequently transfer over to the room below me!
I love the brunch at the Ramkota! We have been there for family events and business meeting. Never disappointed!
We really liked this motel. It gave us space and amenities. Also, reasonably priced.
This hotel needs a major overhaul. Water park selling point should mean you are family friendly and leave the raunchy bar and casino out. I would hate to bring my son here and expose him to irresponsible patrons who cannot control their drinking. I wouldn't want to expose my son to the filth and smells either. Poor employees at the front desk who have to lie and wish you a pleasant stay knowing this place is a dump. Reward points you say? No thanks!
Hotel is certainly a little dated, but nice. Interior is a little dark with brick walls. The bricks are placed in an uneven manner which kind of makes the walls look a little odd, but unique. Rooms are sufficient. Power outlets seem to be located behind the bed in most rooms, unfortunately. There are a fair number of restaurants in the area, and I believe there was a mall across the street. Overall a decent stay in Bismark.
