My tax return was filed in an incomplete manner according to the irs individual I spoke to and the letter I received (to be fair this claim the irs individual made was disputed by premier tax services). This caused my tax return to be in potential jeopardy and I will not receive it until mid July to august! Instead of initially receiving an apology when inquiring about the situation I was told "I was chosen at random" and to "just send it in myself". I feel everyone was very nice and helpful until they received my money.
